How do I get my tickets?
After payment, your tickets are emailed instantly as a PDF with a QR code. Show the QR at the gate — that’s your ticket.
What payment methods can I use?
Credit and debit cards, processed securely by FedhaPay. We never store your card details.
I didn’t get my email — what now?
Check your spam/junk folder first. Still missing it? Contact us with your name and the event and we’ll resend it.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are at the discretion of the event organizer. Reach out via the Contact page and we’ll connect you.
How do I sell tickets on YaadTix?
Create a free promoter account on the Sell page, list your event, and share the link. You keep up to 90% of each sale.
