Tickets & purchases

All ticket sales are processed securely through FedhaPay. Tickets are issued with a unique QR code and are valid for the specified event only. Reselling, duplicating, or tampering with tickets may result in denied entry.

Organizers

Event organizers are responsible for the accuracy of their event listings and for honoring valid tickets. YaadTix charges a platform commission on each sale as described on the Sell page, and pays out organizer balances after fees.

Refunds & cancellations

Refunds are at the discretion of the event organizer. If an event is cancelled, the organizer is responsible for arranging refunds.

Liability

YaadTix is a marketplace connecting buyers and organizers. We are not responsible for the conduct of events themselves.
